I'm sure you've either heard on the news or were involved in what us Atlantans like to call Snowmageddon/Snowpocalypse/Snowjam 2014. I'm so thankful that we were not involved with the crazy commutes, but cannot believe the stories I've read. Anywhere from 4-24 hours to get home, a matter of 20 miles or so. Atlanta definitely showed its compassion though, which was a nice change to see. We went and played in the snow Wednesday morning, took a walk that afternoon while my husband worked and built a snowman before it was all said and done. Then we came inside for some warm chili and cornbread, right out of the crockpot. So yummy on such a cold day!
