Kale Chips

Since we got kale last week in our CSA delivery, I decided to try making kale chips, having heard that was a much tastier way to eat them.  I will agree.  Although I didn't love them, I'm much more likely to eat kale this way.

All I did was cut the stems out, and break each piece in half.  I spread them out on a baking pan, drizzled them with oil, and then sea salt.  I baked them at 250 degrees for 20 minutes...and they came out pretty perfect in my opinion.  You'll definitely want to eat them right out of the oven though, because they lose some of their crunchiness after that.

We get another delivery today...and I know there are more turnips.  Not so excited about that....
